Sometimes I wonder at these sayings.
From where is this one? Buddist? Zen-buddist?
How can he/she/it say that (he/she/it has found the only way, and thus implying there is only one way for all (humans).
I can see where this is coming from, but I would actually accept it, when it would read 'I have found my/the way (only/ meant only) for me...'
Sorry if this sounds angry, indeed it's not. It's just curiosity and the wondering about...
I had a friend for three years I could bounce around these questions like bouncy balls, not anymore.
