Thank you so much!!! Well...about stamps...the round one is mostly used to sign personal papers; you don't usually use it for shodo. As for the squared one, you need to see if there is more black or more white in your work. Shodo is about balance, so you decide to use the one that prints the background (Hakubun no In) or the letters (Shubun no In). For example, if you think that your work has many black, strong lines, you may want to use the Hakubun no In, but it also depends on your taste...so it's up to you! L'unica cosa importante è studiare l'equilibrio della tua opera, dopotutto la calligrafia tende soprattutto all'estetica!
Troppo bella la tua galleria, sono quasi impazzito

Nice calligraphies and benvenuta to dA. I have just a question about calligraphies, may be you can anwser me. It is about stamps: I don't know when tu use a squared or cirlce one, or the one that prints the background or the letters. I would be very happy If you could help me.

I've been a karate and kenjutsu student all my life, so I know what you mean about rhythm. I was always fascinated by the scrolls and hangings that were in the dojo as I grew up. I love Shodo, and have been trying my hand at it through some books that show techniques and ways to practice, but unfortunately there are no Shodo teachers where I currently live.

kaze wo kiru is really a sentence ("to cut the wind" or something like that) rather than a word.
